My name is Onedia Blanson, I am a real estate agent with LKB Enterprises, I sparked an interest in real estate at the age of 24 in a quest to purchase my first home. In that quest at the age of 25 my husband and I purchased a brand new two story home, we were so excited! After purchasing our first home and building equity in that home I realized the potential home ownership afforded my family and me. After purchasing our next two homes I decided to obtain my real estate license and became a Real Estate agent in 2005. Since 2005 I have assisted many become homeowners and fulfilled their dream of home ownership. I always stress the importance of building wealth through real estate and how empowering home ownership can be.

Many benefits come along with being a homeowner including: tax write offs, equity building, capital gains write off, college savings, secure foundation, and credit building, to name a few. Owning real estate afforded my husband and me the ability to own our own business for several years. As a realtor, I go over and above to help my clients meet their needs and wants in the property they desire. My ultimate passion in life is helping those less fortunate. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology; which has afforded me the ability to give back. I’ve worked in Juvenile facilities, in the social service field helping those less fortunate, and as a counselor to at risk youth. Some of my hobbies include roller skating, skiing, and painting now that my daughter teaches paint classes, I look forward to helping you fulfill your dream of home ownership.
